Food & beverage
A continental breakfast is served from 08:30 to 10:00 (and until 11:00 on Sundays). A freshly cooked English breakfast is available at a small additional cost in the restaurant until 11:00.

Lunches and dinners are available from 11:00 until 19:00. The freshly cooked food ranges from light bites to 3-course meals and includes a range of vegetarian dishes, all prepared on site by the hotel’s experienced chefs.

The sea-facing bar is open until late and room service offers drinks and snacks 24 hours a day.

Much of the Brighton gay scene is concentrated in the Kemptown area of Brighton, right on the doorstep of the Amsterdam Hotel. Kemptown has become known as Brighton's Gay Village and its centre is St James's Street and the Old Steine, which together house most of the clubs, shops and bars.

Brand new for 2008, this luxury suite has stunning panoramic views out over Brighton’s seafront. The suite has a tastefully decorated living room with a day bed; a modern executive bathroom; and a separate bedroom with a king-size four-poster canopied bed. The suite has leather furniture and large LCD flat-screen TVs in both the bedroom and the living room.
