Originally built in 1825, this Regency building now houses stylish and contemporary 4-star guest accommodation in 7 tastefully decorated en suite rooms.

In Upper Rock Gardens, the Four Seasons Guest House is just 2 minutes from the sea and only a short walk from the very heart of Brighton and all that it has to offer. The marina is just a short bus ride away and all of Brighton’s great shops, stylish bars, lively clubs and superb restaurants are within easy walking distance.

With just 7 rooms, the Four Seasons offers smart, modern accommodation and the personal touches and individual service of a small, upscale guest house.

All of the rooms are tastefully decorated and boast new crisp white bed linen and fluffy white towels. Every room is en suite and the bathrooms feature luxury toiletries and bathroom products. Each room has tea/coffee making facilities and a flat-screen multi-channel TV system.

Free wireless broadband access is available in every room.

Full English breakfast must be requested.

Hotel information
Late check-ins are possible, but need to be prearranged. Early check-ins cannot be guaranteed. Secure luggage storage is available and guests are welcome to leave their bags at the hotel before they check-in.

Although the Four Seasons does not have its own car park, parking vouchers are available for guests using the nearby pay-and-display parking facilities or residents parking bays. The vouchers can be purchased on arrival.

Four Seasons Guest House cannot accept bookings from hen or stag groups.

Two night minimum booking at weekends and 3 nights minimum on Bank Holidays and Pride.

Room Types

Small Double Room
A rear-facing compact double room with crisp white linen and a private bathroom with fluffy white towels and free toiletries. Also features a 20-inch flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, and tea/coffee facilities. Please note that these rooms may not be suitable for guests with large amounts of luggage as storage facilities are limited.

King Room
Spacious, front-facing rooms with views of the sea and a private bathroom. Each room has crisp white linen, fluffy white towels, free quality toiletries, tea/coffee-making facilities, fridge, and a seating area with armchairs and a table. There is also a mini-fridge, a 23-inch flat-screen TV, and a hairdryer.

Superior King Room
Situated on the first floor, this room has a beautiful bay window facing the front of the building, where you enjoy views towards the sea from a comfortable armchair. The room has contemporary décor, crisp white linen, fluffy white towels, free quality toiletries, and tea/coffee-making facilities. There is also a mini-fridge, armchairs and table, a 26-inch flat-screen TV, and a hairdryer.

Single Room
This room is situated on the ground floor facing the courtyard. It features crisp white linen, fluffy white towels, free quality toiletries, and tea and coffee-making facilities. Each room also features a 20-inch flat-screen TV, as well as a hairdryer.
